* Should have knowledge of Therapeutic effects of common herbs used in kitchen, spices, vitamins and minerals. * Must be well versed with the clinical nutrition and should be evaluate the nutrition of the foods being served to the guests. * Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to create menus and meal plans that align with guests' nutritional goals and dietary requirements. * Supervising implementation of product preparation at each stage (from product development till the final launch). This includes implementing procedures, monitoring & controlling correct method at each stage.
